How to Sponsor a DDNUG Meeting
The Dallas .NET User's Group supports itself via sponsorships for the monthly meetings. The expenditures of the group are primarily just food and drink. We look to corporate sponsors to help cover these costs. We find that our speakers often want to sponsor, but this is not always the case. So if you're interested in sponsoring a meeting, please read further. Our monthly attendance is usually 100+

Benefits of Sponsorship

  • Mention in our monthly mailings and invitations
  • Introduce your organization in front of the monthly meeting.
    • Sponsor is alloted 5-10 minutes to plug whatever at the start of the meeting
  • Logo/Link/Description on our Sponsors Page.

Sponsor cost/responsibility

  • The sponsorship fee covers our food and beverage costs (email sponsors@ddnug.net for fee information)
  • Arrive at monthly meeting 20 minutes early
  • Provide description of company, product / service in 250 words or less
  • Provide logo file ~ 5K

Other ways to Sponsor/Promote Your Company

If you are interested in promoting your company or products you can do so through the Dallas .Net Users Group. We currently have sponsors that send us free copies of their software products or books for us to raffle at the end of our meetings. You can do the same or you can also come up with different ways to sponsor, just email us at sponsors@ddnug.net for more information.
